If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@juqana.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Return Requests
Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you haven't done so already. Request the return form via the form below.
Email your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@juqana.com.
Once approved, ensure that your return shipment is well-packed and meets all the conditions below.
Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@juqana.com.
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased with a discount, including products that are part of a limited-time collection or purchased during special promotions or sales. By purchasing during a discount event or from a limited collection, you agree that the product is final sale and cannot be returned unless it is defective upon receipt.
- We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipment.
- Ensure that all return packages are shipped with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transit.
- Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.
Simple Returns in Three Easy Steps:
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Ensure that you use a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five business days.
