Found a shop item you absolutely must have? Great!

Now, select a colour and/or size and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Of course, you can keep shopping. You can always go back to your cart by clicking the ‘cart icon’ in the top right corner.

Finished shopping?
Then it’s time to complete your order. Click on the ‘cart icon’ in the top right to view your shop items. In the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You’ll land on the checkout page where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Note: Once you’ve completed your order, you cannot change it, as the order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We cover the shipping costs. You won’t pay any shipping fees.*
*You will be responsible for return shipping costs.


CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You’ll be able to track your order via the order status page, and the link will be sent to you in an email once your order has shipped.
It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We aim for fast delivery of the products. When you place an order on weekdays before 11:00 PM, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.


I WON'T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a Australia Post location for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver with details of the pickup location. After 7 days, Australia Post will return the shipment to our warehouse.


WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We will do our best to expedite processing and shipping, but there is a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you haven’t received it, please report it to us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by Australia Post, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
